We are privileged and overjoyed to welcome you and your children to the various programs offered at The Methodist Church. Our Kids’ Ministry team is committed to providing a warm, welcoming environment and Christ-centered programs for children from birth through sixth grade. Our goal is to welcome every child and give them an exciting opportunity to develop a relationship with Jesus Christ and His Church and to help them grow in their continuing faith journey. Our focus is to create a fun, safe and nurturing environment where kids want to come and bring their friends.
We believe that by offering Christ to families through our ministries we are leavening our community with peace and hope.
We treasure each child that comes through our doors and into our hearts. It is our desire to partner with parents to provide quality Bible-based programming in which the love of God is shared, as well as Godly life principles. We look forward to getting to know you and your family!
Awana Clubs
Awana – Because Kids Matter to God!
Children – Kindergarten through 6th grade are invited!
Each week kids will get to enjoy games, crafts, worship and a Bible study!
Sunday School K-6TH
9:15 a.m. and 11:00 a.m.
Children in prschool through sixth grade will experience the Bible in new ways, covering the Old and New Testaments. Our Sunday Program uses the Simply Loved curriculum which uses music, videos, object lessons, games and crafts to support the core Bible lesson that is taught each week. This is a great, safe and loving place for your children to fellowship with others their ages, have fun and learn more about God!
Sunday Nursery-Birth to 5YRS
10:15 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.
Children’s activities are provided for those whose parents, grandparents or guardians are attending Bible Studies or Drop-in Grace Group between services. This is a great place for your children to make friends with others their ages and have fun together, in a safe and loving environment.

Family Sunday
Family Sunday is held the first Sunday of each month. Children’s Sunday School Programs do not meet on Family Sundays so that families may take Holy Communion and Worship together.
Nursery – Birth through age 5
Parents can enjoy Worship Service and Sunday school and rest assured that their babies are receiving personal care in a safe and nurturing environment.
Our qualified staff creates a positive experience that introduces infants to the love of Jesus. We are blessed to have nursery staff members that have been with us for over ten years!
Nursery hours coincide with all of our regular Sunday services and classes.
